All immediate family members in same household of covered employees are also covered for same basic fee. We also have this plan available for general public but slightly more cost on a per caw basis.

We provide a benefit service that is akin to a blend of ‘prepaid’ legal service and attorney fee for services based on the consumer budget or ability to pay. This follows along the lines of the Florida Bar Assn Public Policy Rule 9-1.2 to make access to the courts and legal services to all citizens of the state regardless of ability or legal issue.

This is NOT pro bono. It is true a-la-carte legal service in every element of law. Example. An employer of 3-10 employees are 100% covered for all administrative and motion filings for a small fee the employer or covered employee pays at just 25 cents a day or $7.50 a month. They pay zero out of pocket. If they require an attorney for special court case representation the sliding fee is affordable from $150. Instead of laying a retainer that many times is greater that $2,500 per case incident.
