About Mary Brijlall

Mary Brijlall is a web designer and front-end web developer with over fifteen years of professional experience in the design industry. As the owner of Octomedia Creative, Mary specializes in creating custom web sites for other businesses. Mary started as a self-taught in web design, learning about codes such as HTML/CSS to create AOL hometown and Myspace custom profile pages for family and friends at the age of 12 but her love for design didn’t stop there. Her skills continued to grow and improve as she took on more freelance work to sharpen her skills. In 2008, Mary graduated with a 4.0 GPA and made the Dean’s list at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale majoring in Web Design and Development. In January 2016, she released a mobile application called “Bunkie Brewster” which is available for download in the iTunes AppStore and Google Play Store.
