I work with Special needs individuals over the age of 16 currently a teen with Autism – I follow Behavior Analyst’s behavior plans and perform speech therapies and social activities for inclusion in the community as well as shadowing services for individuals. Looking to expand client base now that I have graduated from Graduate School and have started my PHD program in Education.

I relocated to the South Florida area from Delaware and while looking for employment had the opportunity to meet two neurosurgeons ( great couple) who were in search of a “shadow” therapy for their autistic son- I was not only hired the couple also helped me attain my LLC paperwork and become my own business. I am paying it forward by continuing to help in the community.Prior to relocating I worked in Case Management as well as Employment Management for clients
